DM-TittyTwister started off as a small Arena style map that gradually grew into what it is today.
Its my best effort to date, in the sense that I spent ages with layout/design/lighting/pathnoding/weapon & item placement...to make sure its a fun level to play on.
With the help of my beta testing squad I also made sure that the BOTS perform to their very best, this is something I always try to achieve in *ALL* my DM maps - and yes I am looking forward to UT's BOTS!!!
The Portals were 8-sided but for some reason they just did'nt work properly (probably due to the 2D shet I made for the Zone Portal) so I made them nice and simple!
The HealPod in the centre of the map does have a trap, its activated by 4 buttons under the small towers. (which all the BOTS use aswell)
I'm happy with the speed of the level, it runs quite well on my machine (see above) and my squad of beta testers seem to love it!
The BOTS seem to 'call' some of the lifts down so they can get on them, this I think is cheating! So I added triggers at the bottom of the outer lifts so the Player has the same Powers! I think its a flaw in the BOT AI code but its no major problem - simply run up to the lifts and they will drop for you.
I removed the CloudZone due to a massive performance hit, many thanks to 'Faceless' for pointing this out. This does mean you can shoot the sky, I know it looks crap but speed comes first!
